Connson works with Dr Emma Soane and a team of coaches to deliver this course three times a year. The course is aimed at experienced leaders with at least five years of industry experience (many participants have more than ten years). Participants must be in a supervisory role in order to gather 360 degree feedback from their direct reports and other colleagues. This feedback is discussed with a coach and feeds into the participant’s personal development plan. Connson’s role on the course includes teaching sessions on power and influence, leadership style and adaptability, and culture and organisational change.
This five-day intensive course is available on the LSE campus in June, September, and November. NOTE: a reduced-rate virtual version will be offered in June 2020 due to the COVID-19 situation.
