Connson is the course convenor and one of four academics who developed this 10-week online certificate course. The course covers the three core pillars of business leadership: the strategic environment, the financial toolkit, and the human element. Connson’s material appears in Module 1 (Leading with Influence) and Module 10 (Organisational Culture as a Leadership Tool). While this course is not the equivalent of an MBA degree, it does provide some of the essential skills and knowledge contained in an MBA and would be helpful in preparing students for their MBA studies.
